*Initial deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your spot. If you are unable to pay the 50% deposit please contact us directly to organize an individualized payment plan. All fees must be received by July 15th.

 

ADP Summer Intensive 2018
Application Deadline is May 1st 2018 / Early Bird Deadline is April 15th, Initial deposit due at the time of registration.

  1. Applicant must submit the application form, signed policies form, updated CV (2 pages max), 1 movement based photo, and video link of clear dancing (if available) in order to be considered for the workshop.
  2. Applications received by April 15th, 12:00pm, will be subject to the early bird discounted workshop rate of $799 + HST.
  3. Applications received after April 15th 12:00pm, will be subject to the regular workshop fee of $899 + HST.
  4. HST (13%) must be added, to all fees and included in the deposit and final workshop payment.
  5. Group Selection for training and Creation requests are reserved on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed.
  6. Alias Dance Project has the right to change the class schedule, pending registration numbers.
  7. Alias Dance Project is committed to keeping all participants informed on any changes in schedule as soon as the information is confirmed.

Deposit:

  1. 50% deposit fee + HST is due upon acceptance into the program, to hold your place.
  2. No reservations will be held without payment.
  3. If you need to set up a personalized payment plan, please contact info@aliasdanceproject.com directly.
  4. The full payment must be received by July 15th.

Final Payment:

  1. The final 50% fee + HST is due by July 15th 2018.
  2. Payments made after July 15th, 2018, will be subject to a $25 late fee (15 days late) or $50 late fee (30 or more days late).
  3. If final payments are not made by July 30th, 20187, the participants place in the workshop will no longer be held and will be given to the next person on the wait list.
  4. If a participant's space is given away, a refund for the full deposit, minus a $75.00 administration fee will be issued.

Cancellations:

  1. Cancellations received by July 1st 2018, will be fully refunded, minus a a $75.00 administration fee and will be administered by cheque.
  2. Cancellations received between July 2nd and August 1st 2018, will be refunded 50%.
  3. Cancellations received August 2nd 2018 and after will not be refunded. Alias Dance Project INC.
